Yet all attempts to measure the productivity of a technical office have ended up plastering it and, after the initial enthusiasm, they have all been abandoned.
We too have tried many approaches to measure the productivity of our team that does not make pieces of products but, that does design and we think we have ALMOST found the square of the circle.
