Alexide took part in a university roundtable discussion focused on Artificial Intelligence.

Last Friday, May 29, we took part as panelists in a hands-on discussion on how Artificial Intelligence is increasingly entering companies’ day-to-day operations, bringing both opportunities, new skills, and new responsibilities.

The event, titled “The Revolution of Artificial Intelligence: training, skills and professional opportunities”, made it clear how AI is reshaping industrial and organizational processes. It was promoted by the University of Bologna, Cesena Campus, bringing together experts to share perspectives on the evolution of AI in business.

During the panel, we shared experiences and reflections on the role of AI technologies in supporting innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation, with a concrete focus on applications in the manufacturing sector.

With curiosity, enthusiasm, and a few inevitable open questions, the afternoon turned into an open and stimulating discussion on the future of artificial intelligence and its real impact on the world of work. The debate generated several insightful takeaways, confirming the importance of creating opportunities for dialogue between companies, universities, and professionals to better understand and consciously guide technological change with a critical mindset.
