National Transition Plan 4.0

The Ministry of Economic Development has extended the bonuses for 2022 to support companies in the process of digitization and technological transition through the Transition Plan 4.0. The plan provides for a series of tax breaks in the form of tax credit, for investments in new tangible and intangible capital goods, carried out by 31 December 2022.

Incentives for the purchase of SolidRules

With the entry into force of the Decree-Law aid for intangible assets, As a software, the tax advantage has increased from 20% to 50% and applies to orders placed by December 31, 2022 with the possibility to arrive until June 30, 2023 for those ordered and paid with a deposit of at least 20% by the end of 2022.

Who can benefit

All companies in the Italian territory of any size and belonging to any productive sector can benefit from these facilities.

How to obtain the facility

• Buy the software by 31/12/2022 with queue until 30 June 2023 for those ordered and paid with a deposit of at least 20% by the end of 2022
• Keep the documents that prove the purchase and indicate in the invoices and documents the reference to the preferential provisions
• Produce a technical report certified by an engineer or an expert registered in the register which shows that the goods possess the technical characteristics required by law and that they are interconnected to the production management system or supply network (for goods costing not more than EUR 300,000, the cost of the expert’s report may be met by a declaration from the legal representative).
• Send a communication to the Ministry of Economic Development
